Frequently Asked Questions

Validation

Receive 2 hours of free parking with purchase and validation at any 300mlk business. Put your ticket into validator only once.

Multiple Validations

Double validations voids your 2 hours of free parking.

Lost Ticket

Pay at exit gate for lost tickets.  Push the lost ticket button and insert your debit or credit card.  The lost ticket fee is $25.00.

Cash Only

If you do not have a debit or credit card you may buy an exit pass at DSM Brew during normal business hours. 

Towed Cars

Cars parked illegally or in Permit Only spaces will be towed. Contact Crow Towing at 515-276-9869.

Contact Us

Calls and emails are answered during normal business hours.

Parker agrees that neither Eychaner Properties nor owner is liable for any damage to and/or theft of Parker’s automobile and/or its contents.
